Hampton Lakes is a new, up-market vacation home development by Centex, the USA’s top rated builder. We have purchased the last property currently available, which overlooks one of the two lakes in the development. Our house, Ger-y-Llyn, is only 100 yards from all the communal facilities. Here, there are tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts plus a large community pool with a cabana. At the cabana entrance is a "tot lot" for smaller children. The nearest public, 18 hole, golf course is located only about a quarter of a mile away, but there are many others in the area and a new one is planned adjacent to Hampton Lakes.
